I set the admin->General options ->Auto approve new users:\
to "NO", then the user should receive the confirmation email and his account will stay in the pending accounts until he confirm the registration. But he does not receive such confirmation email.\

I check and try to send the Contact us page and see if it is working. No email received. Please tell me what should I do.\
For your information, my site is on Window server.
