Hello\ when I,m try enter in my portal site it does not appear the page the page is white but the browser tell me what the page it`s OK\ what happen\ thank you

You need to create the language with english name then this english
name you can translate it in the Edit language the file General
so create the language say named "Spanish"
Some servers donot understand foreign characters as directories names
so donot use spanich in your language name you want to create
