Hello, Could you please help me solving the following issues: 1. I couldn't access the "Location Categories Manager" in the admin center. Whenever I try to access it, I got this message "Undefined subroutine &main::setCatsTable called at CategoriesAdmin.pm line 734." 2. The second issue: the seller and the buyers tools are not displayed in the veiw of some items. see the image. 3. The third issue: The time lift for items is not displayed in the item veiw. Instead the word "connecting" only is displayed. see the second image.

Yes the location category link is fixed and I updated your site for that. The other issues you simply restore

the templates for the view items.

Hello Mohammed,

I am sorry, I thought your have a premium upgrade service subscription, confused with another customer,

Please use the liveupdate to download and extract the latest version then do Code Update.

If you want to manually update, download auctionawy.zip then extract and update the code file:

CategoriesAdmin.pm

For the templates as advised before, when you get something wrong on a specific template of course

due to your customization, just restore that template, if restoring the template did not fix the issue you

will have to restore the language file.

Thank you Dr.Ahmed for the reply. The Locatoin category has been solved by updating the CatrgoriesAdmin file. For the item veiw, actualy the defualt language and the defualt theme has the same problems even I haven't changed anything on them. However, I have restored the template file of the item veiw and the all US-en language files and still have the same problmes. Many thanks Mohammed

It may be your JS or CSS files, you need to upload the JS and CSS files in ASCII mode,

all files under js/ folder. try to restore that js folder

Always when you do customizations, try to check your work step by step to be able to track

where the problem started and then you can undeo the changes.

Thank you for your reply. Actually I haven't changed anything in the js files. Anyway I have updated the js folder and still facing the problem. Note: this problem appears for some items only not all the items i.e. in some items there is no problem with the tools and the time left for the item. Regards Mohammed

There are 2 view item templates, one for buy now only items, and one for the auction or auction with buy now.

So may be restoring both templates do will solve it ViewItem and ViewBuyItNow templates.

I think that the problem is in the style.css file since when I deleted it, the tools were displayed but when I restored it they dissapear again.

The answer is posted to your topics many times, always restore what you changed or deleted

when you get something messed up or unusal behaviours. If all fails reinstall under another folder and

move your templates and language files one by one until you see the source of the error.

As for the file style.css in the theme folders, you can not delete it because it has styles for all pages,

however you can modify it as you like.

Try also to purge your browser cash as it may be cashing old pages from its internal temp data specially IE and Chrome.


The view item pae tempate you will find code like class="hidden" in these locations for the menus, try to remove it and these

fields will be always shown. If you did fresh reinstall, start with the default English language, create the other languages you want

and themes you want from the defaults, then after that you can start customizing your new themes and langauges, I think you worked on

that successfully some time.

It seems that changing the class="hidden" into class="shown" gives better result rather than removing this class.
