This an error I'm getting on my server error log after clicking on Submit your auction. The page just sits there and does nothing and eventually times out. \
\
The exact same thing happens when I also click on update category counts. \
\
Onsmart says it's a scripting error and Mewsoft says it's a Server issue. \
\
Meantime, my site is down and customers are complaining.\
\
Do you have any idea what could be causing this problem?\
\

The software does not come with any custom.css file and if you created one then you should put it on your public_html directory not under a cgi-bin directory because the browser will not be able to download any files from the cgi-bin directories.
