Hi. I have set up my site to NOT allow a user to list an auction when their account goes in the negative.
Here's my problem: When a person uses all of the money in their account and the system is suspose to not allow them to sell anymore it allows the auctions set to relist to enter in the listings.
How do I stop the system from allowing this to happen?

Editing for lack of full explaination of my system's accounting set up:
I credit each new user with $25. When a user uses up all of their credit/money and they have posted listings with extras, shouldn't the system stop those with neg. balances from having their listings relisted?
I set the system up to require a $10 positive balance for selling. I allow a negative balance of $10 to sell. But, some are past the negative allowed balance and still listing. I went in and blocked a seller from selling but there listings that don't sell with the extra features are still relisting.
I hope this helps us find an answer quicker with my further explaination.
