We are considering tracking promotional codes for a referal bonus program.\ \ Is it possible or How to?\ Report all paid fees based on a promo code? [ For a specific period of time ]\ \ How can I add custom reports that sort by Promo Code? I see reports that sort by other fields? How can I report by (All of the fields) including custom? Do I need to use SQL directly or Can I add reports through the system?

No, there is no way to do this, they are made to give a credit for users when they register.

Is the promo code stored in the user record?

In the pending users table the field "Promotional_Code", it will be deleted all the recored once the user activates his account, so if you want to get this then you need to process it while the user registration.

Custom Programming to add promo code automatically? Edit Delete Reply with quote Quote

I sent an email earlier today. But is it feasible to have custom programming to automatically populate the promo code into say user field 20. if promo code, then insert?

Of course you can use the custom user fields for any permenant data as you like
