Unable to sell after upgrade Edit Delete Reply with quote Quote

OK, I did the upgrade. I upgraded everything. I used the autoinstaller, and I also tried doing it with my FTP software and I get the same results either way. When I run the Upgrade.cgi there is a SQL Error message at the bottom.
"SQL Error: Duplicate column name 'User1'
Query:
ALTER TABLE Users ADD User1 VARCHAR(100)
Line 148, File Upgrade.cgi."


After multiple attempts I still get this error when any user tries to sell,

"SQL Error: Table 'lowcountrydirect1.SellerTrack' doesn't exist
Query:
SELECT ID, Time FROM SellerTrack WHERE (User_ID='snoozeyaloose' AND Time >= '1095594663') GROUP BY ID ORDER BY Time DESC
Line 299, File /var/www/lowcountrydirect.com/public_html/cgi-bin/auction/AddItemLib.pm."

I also tried updating the AddItemLib.pm alone with no results.

You should do all the updates, update all the cgi files *.cgi and *.pm and click on create tables to create the missing tables.

I did do ALL of the updates *.cgi and *.pm.
So where do I find the "create tables" to click on? Also when I "create tables" I should not expect to loose all of the data should I?

Admin->Setup Wizard->Create sql tables

You will not loose any data
