when a person gets the picture they want with the "browse" button. its too simple for them to just think it is already loaded onto the auction server and go to the next step without pushing the "upload" button. i think the picture upload should be a step all by itsself or there should be some kind of a alert letting the user know they have not uploaded the pic they browsed for

would like to see a little link on the item page for a person to report an auction they think may be fraud. the only way a person could use this if they are logged in with atleast 5 positive feedbacks.
still would like to see the items listed under the subs also be listed under its parent category. don't see that option in the demo yet.
templates - make it so a person who is setting up an item to sell that doesn't know html or just too lazy to make an html page able to just pick a template they want via the editor and put thier info in. same thing with the About Me page
