Received this letter from a users trying to list an auction.
I had started setting up some auctions, and the formatting of lines wasn't working,
so I went to Make Changes and thought I needed to use Visual HTML. However, after I
did that, the Description field wouldn't let me get to it to enter any changes
there!
I tried logging out and then logging back in, but though I could start another
auction, the description field was still 'oranged out' and wouldn't let me get to it
or enter anything.
How do I turn OFF Visual HTML (and how do I control the formatting to enter extra
lines between text lines?)? |

I tried listing an item for sale and the visual editor does not work with Internet Explorer 8.0. But it does seem to work with Google Chrome. Does this mean I have to tell everyone that uses my Auction to update their computers. That's probably 75% of the population that use my site and a lot of additional work for me answering emails about this problem. Also the users of the HOseeker Auction are usually older individuals that probably are just learning to use an email account. What do I do about this. |

I found out the auction user is using the latest version of firefox. He will not use google chrome because he said that he has security issues with that program. |

The issue only with IE 8 and I just fixed it and updated yoru site and tested it with IE 8 and worked.
Ffor others customers, please wait few minutes then update the widget file HtmlEditor.html: theme/default/widgets/HtmlEditor.html or just edit this widget file modify this line: media_external_list_url : "lists/media_list.js", to: media_external_list_url : "lists/media_list.js" just the comma as the last option IE * generates error. thanks
