If I understand you, then may be it is browser proplem, try to restart your computer and also try another browser like netscape , you may need to update IE.

Hello. My post did not appear properly.

My question was:

If I copy and paste <!--View_Item_Counter-->  somewhere else on the same wievitem page ( to show it twice) it does not appear twice, it just appears ones.

What can I do to show it twice on the same page

To show html here on this forum, insert it between [ code ] and [/ code ] (no spaces, I inserted spaced around the word code to display it.

As for your post, it is now clear, you can edit the file Parseitem.pm with any text editor like notepad, search for this line:

Code: HTML    Select All    Expand All

</p><p> $Template =~ s/&lt;!--View_Item_Counter--&gt;/$Temp/;<br /></p><p>

I think line number 699

and modify it as folloing:

Code: HTML    Select All    Expand All

</p><p> $Template =~ s/&lt;!--View_Item_Counter--&gt;/$Temp/g;<br />

note we only added the g letter at the end before the semicolon. This will repeat the counter as many as you want.

No, you have to code it. It is better if you will do it on your own to check if the item has thumnail then use it instead of loading the full image twice. Insert Something like in the file ParseItem.pm:

then insert the class:

in your ViewItem template, this will insert the item thum image URL so to display the image , make the image tag:
