Cannot write configuration file Edit Delete Reply with quote Quote

When I try to Save Changes in Program Configuration screen I get an error:

Cannot write configuration file c:/inetpub/wwwroot/cgi-bin/classified/data/SysConfig.pm: Permission denied
Line 77, File c:/inetpub/wwwroot/cgi-bin/classified/Configuration.pm

Through IIS, I have assigned write permissions to all the files under data folder but still getting an above error.

OS: Windows XP Professional

It is still permissions issue, make sure the user (for the server) has the right permissions, set it for write for all or web.
