You probably first want to delete your 6 other duplicate posts as this will not help your call for help (in case you dont know how do this -you view each post and click on the icon in the top right corner saying something like delete this post)

Anyways to try and answer your questions.

In the admin panel under Layoutselect class templates then look in the header class from the drop down menu Its in the tag - Body .... scrollbar-base-color.. - change the color too something like #ff66cc or whatever code you want for the color orange you need\
There isnt a page name for them - check through the CLASS section again for the category forms etc.. Plus to change how they are displayed you have the settings under System setup category options
