When you list a Reserve Price Auction, you will also be charged a Reserve Price Auction Fee, which is based upon the reserve price. Reserve Price Auction Fees are fully refundable. At the end of the auction, if your item sells, the Reserve Price Auction Fee is refunded to your account.
Is the anyway to make Final ValueFee=Non Refundable Ref:
You will not be charged a Final Value Fee if: There were no bids on your item If there were no bids that met your reserve price for your Reserve Price Auction
Of course you are the first one in the world to ask for this, so basically it has to be a custom work and will cost much as the final fees calculated on what basis you think? at the auction start, or atthe end, if the item price is has reserve $5000 and tha last bid was $4999, it did not seel, and you will charge a fees based on $4999, do you think this will help you or encourage anyone to use your site, I do not think though. The reseve fees can be done a little bit easier and can cost about $300 to do it as a custom work.
