Please note, we do not manage or maintain customers sites, you just bought a copy of one or more of our products like you buy anything from anywhere. Once your site is down, tons of possiblilites could be which does not relate to our software and the first is because of you did something wrong, your server is crashing, your hosting is doing maintainance, connections, etc etc. The first thing you do is to contact your hosting company or check their site for news and when contacting anyone for support you have to be very specific, how your site went down, what was the last thing you did on it, etc, this will help you much. |

mohawkri, transer all your cgi and pm files agian and make sure they are transfered in ASCII mode.
if that doesn't work then if its ok with you. can i log into your account via control panel and FTP to make sure all your permisions are correct? |
