When the auction end (closed) the User do not receive Email confirming that the auction had ended.

You need to process teh closed auctions manually or automatically, see admin -> Auctions manager (Process auctions, automate)

I means the system do not send email to the buyer let know him that he is the winner of the auction

All buyers on some users only, may be the users email server not accepting emails from your hosting, also what type of items, single, dutch, or buy now.

I have tested the Buy it Now and is working fine, The buy and seller received an email. But I have tried too a single item and the buyer neither the seller received Email.\ \ \ Please help

single items processed imemdiately, double check again you will recive emails immediately and the item will close.
